Responsibilities:
1. Formulate reasonable production plans based on sales orders, unfinished orders, material status, productivity, etc.;
2. Track production plan implementation, analyze work order completion, and ensure 100% on-time delivery;
3. Respond promptly to changes in customer requirements, update production plans, ensure customer requirements are met, and feedback the resulting stagnant materials and impacts;
4. Fully utilize production equipment and resources to meet order demand;
5. Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments in case of special situations such as order conflicts to meet delivery.
Requirements:
1. Gender open; Bachelor’s degree or above; 1+ year of planning experience in a manufacturing enterprise, automotive electronics industry experience preferred;
2. Familiar with product manufacturing processes and production cycles;
3. Understand equipment production capacity and capacity planning;
4. Understand BOM structure and key component L/T;
5. Familiar with office software and ERP operation;
6. Strong organization, coordination and communication skills;
7. Strong time management ability.
